As an American, this is the best Tex Mex I've had since living in Germany. We showed up on a Monday at 5:30 and line proved how popular this place is. All food is made to order, is absolutely delicious, and the portions as amble. We ordered the Red Chicken and Chili Sin Carne burritos. The staff madey burrito spicy and then they asked how it was, very politely handed me the bottle of Valentina to use at my discretion! Definitely will go back!- Service

I totally didn't expect this. I got a detour due to motorway closure and stopped here unassuming. Burrito was very good, tacos were better, but the main reason this foodtruck deserves 5 stars is the ingredients. I don't think I have eaten such fresh meat and vegetables for a very long time in any restaurant (and remember, this is a foodtruck!). Plus the service is top notch.

Lovely. Delicious food, nice portions. The owner cares and it shows. Visited once before moving to CH, visited again last weekend and it'll likely remain a highlight for when I'm in the HN area.

Tacos are the best. We also tried French fries and burrito, but tacos are an absolute winner.

Wow. I have just eaten the best burrito I've had in months, in the parking lot of an autobody shop. Ask for the spicy salsa. It has pickles in it and its glorious!

We have decided that when we are in Sinnsheim, this is the only place we are gonna eat from now on. Best street food my wife and I have ever had, hands down.
